I showed you pictures of another twin I participated once. This time I did two of the braids and wanted to show them to you. Click the hashtag for all entries.

Diagonal Hybrid Braid

On myself I did a dutch hybrid braid. Maybe you remember the tutorial for this braid. It looks a bit like a fishtail and a bit like an english braid. And of course you can do it as a french braid. Or dutch like I did here. I wear this braid on a regular base and can almost braid it without thinking about it. But despite this fact this diagonal dutch variation took me some nerves. It wouldn’t work at first try. No mather how tired your arms get, keep going is what I’m telling you. Why do I tell you this? Because even I don’t always get it right at first try and it takes some patience.

For my dear friend it was a classical dutch braid. Made with three strands. And dammed, that looked good on her. It’s hard to get diagonal braids on a picture so it looks good and you can see something of the braid. But they look really good in real life. On some days it’s too heavy to have all my hair on one side. A diagonal french braid always works better than a side english braid. But on some other days I just don’t care and just wear it. Because it looks good as already mentioned.
