When I started thinking about what I want to show you today, I was wondering how I could pretty up a hairstyle in the most beautiful and creative way. But then I realized that this wasn’t what  I wanted to show to you. I want to show something I’m really doing. So how do I pretty up my hairstyles in everyday life? Lacebraids always work, especially for buns. But when thinking about one of my recent posts about fishtails with rope accents I found the answer. This is what I’m doing, often. I combine my english briad or my loved hybrid braid with rope accents as they take less time than tiny english accents. And I’m experimenting with pancakeing rope braids the last time.

So in etwa.

And as only one rope braid is to normal (and I already showed it to you and I will add the video at the end of this post), there’s a big english braid with two rows of rope braids for today. I also love how this softens you the look from the front when you start with a small tieback like this.

And now? Usually I announce next month’s topic. Today there will be no announcement because this was the last Flechtwerk. You know I will keep on cooperating with other blogs (at least because of all the lovely meet ups we are doing), but just not any longer under this circumstances.

If I look back this was all really exciting. Flechtwerk made my blog a blog you could say. I started doing posts on planned topics and added text to my pictures. Instead of hairstyles only I started showing my hair care and other hair related stuff. Eventually I even stepped out of this with my travel diary I posted last year. And I’m so excited where haartraum will go in the future.

But now, follow me to the other girls to see what they came up with!
